Unfortunately, cybercriminals can take advantage of this trust by using blank image phishing to bypass security filters.

Scam of the Week: Spoofed SMTP Relay Services Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) is the standard method that mail servers use to send emails.

Example- Emily came into the credit union and transferred the balance from her big box credit card to a Homeland CU Visa®. Now her $3,000 balance is locked at the 3.50% APR* rate for the life of the balance she transferred. If it takes Emily five months or five years to pay off the transferred balance, it will be locked in at 3.50% until the balance is paid in full.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a great way to add an extra layer of security to your login portals. However, clever cybercriminals may use a new method to bypass MFA and compromise your accounts. While cybercriminals haven't used this method in a real-world scam yet, researchers believe this scam could occur in the future.
