Your home is important to you—and so is having easy access to your mortgage information.
On Friday, December 17, 2021, our mortgage servicing partner, myCUmortgage, will introduce a new mortgage portal called Servicing Digital to provide you with a better experience for accessing your mortgage and related information!
You will be able to make secure mortgage payments online and view information about your own mortgage, your home and your neighborhood on easy-to-access dashboards. Plus, it’s easy to view and use on your smartphone, tablet or desktop computer.
Registering Your Account
The new mortgage portal will be available starting Friday, December 17, 2021. That means you will no longer be able to access the former portal, Customer CareNet, to manage your loan. It is important for you and your co-borrower, if you have one, to register your account on Servicing Digital.
New Features
Here are just a few of Servicing Digital’s new features. You can learn more at
www.mycumortgage.com/member-access.
- User-friendly design: Easy to access on your smartphone, tablet or desktop.
- Loan Information: Check your loan balance, current amount due, payment due date, interest rate, maturity date, make real-time loan payments or enroll in autopay—and more.

your loan.
*Property data is sourced from public records data and automated valuation models. - Neighborhood Information: Review recent home sales in your neighborhood, view local schools and demographic data and access satellite views of your property.
- Hardship and Disaster Assistance: Understand that myCUmortgage is here to help when the unexpected happens and we’ll help guide you through it.
- Secure Messaging: Send a question to myCUmortgage’s Member Care Team whenever you think about it, 24/7 and they’ll respond as quickly as possible during business hours.
Payment and eStatement Information
If you are already enrolled in autopay--automatic recurring payments with monthly or budget drafting-- your mortgage payments will not be impacted, and you will still be enrolled. The upgrade from Customer CareNet to Servicing Digital does not affect autopay. If you make your payment through online bill pay from your own credit union or bank, that service will also not be impacted.
If you make your payments online on the myCUmortgage website, you will need to register your account starting December 17, 2021 to continue making payments online.
- If you are already enrolled to receive eStatements—your access will continue. You do not have to enroll again.
- Access to historical eStatements and eDocuments—when access to Customer CareNet ends on December 17, 2021, you will still have online access to prior year 1098 tax documents and escrow analysis statements through Servicing Digital. However, you will no longer have online access to monthly billing statements dated prior to December 17, 2021. If you need any copies of prior monthly billing statements, please contact myCUmortgage Member Care at membercare@mycumortgage.com.
- eNotification—the eNotification service that tells you your new eStatement or eDocument is ready for viewing will be available in early 2022.
