    Answer: No, we are required to pull credit for a preapproval.
  4. Do you offer mortgages for terms less than 30 years?
    Answer: Yes, we offer 30 year, 20 year, 15 year and 10 year mortgages.
  5. Can I refinance my home without paying closing cost out of pocket?
    Answer: Yes, We can finance your closing cost into your loan.
