When will the new credit cards show up in the app?
-Your Homeland credit card will load back into online and mobile banking sometime on Monday, August 25th if everything goes according to plan.
When will we be able to make payments using the app?
When your card is visible within the My HomelandCU digital banking platform.
Will old credit card transactions be visible online?
-Unfortunately, they will not. If you need past card activity, we can provide you with a copy of your statement.
When will we be able to see transactions, dates, balances, etc.
-When your card is visible in online banking or the MyHomelandCU app.
When can I load my new credit card to my digital wallets?
-Credit cards can be loaded to digital wallets (Samsung, Google, and Apple) beginning on Wednesday, September 3rd.
Can we lock both credit and debit cards?
-You can use the MyCardRules tool within online and mobile banking to lock your credit and debit cards.
EzCardInfo
-Members will no longer need to use EzCardInfo for making payments, reviewing transactions, etc. This will now all be completed within the My HomelandCU digital banking platform. When clicking on your card in the My HomelandCU digital banking platform, there will be an option for the Credit Card Portal Page.
ScoreCard Rewards
-Just a reminder that our current rewards program ended on August 22, 2025 and all points should be redeemed by October 31, 2025. If you haven’t redeemed them yet, now is a great time to treat yourself – don’t let those hard-earned points go to waste!
